Costa Rica - This smooth, well-balanced washed coffee from the renowned La Pastora estate in the Tarrazu region offers delicate hints of fruit and berries

Colombia - From the Huila region, these beans command high regards for quality and taste in the coffee world. Yellow Bourbon is a heirloom variety similar to some Ethiopian beans. This micro-lot bean is grown at 4,500 ft elevation by a small co-op. It is washed processed and you can expect yellow plums or raisin flavors.

Burundi - This small country is not well known yet by coffee drinkers, however, being close neighbors to Ethiopia it has some of the most flavorful coffee in the world.
