    Specialty coffee refers to high-quality coffee that is sourced from specific regions, has distinct flavor profiles, and is meticulously roasted to bring out its unique characteristics.

  • How do you source your coffee beans?

    We work closely with local importers who source raw coffee beans through direct relationships with farmers who prioritize sustainability and ethical practices. 100% of our coffee is organically grown.

  • What is the difference between light, medium, and dark roast coffees?

    Roast development is based on the duration and intensity of heat. Light roast coffee has a milder flavor, medium roast strikes a balance, and dark roast offers a robust, bold taste. We offer a variety of roast levels to suit different preferences.

  • How should I store your coffee beans to maintain freshness?

    To preserve freshness, store our coffee beans in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Coffee beans are most enjoyable 7-21 days after their roast date. As a micro-roaster, we schedule roast dates around orders so you’ll be sure to get a fresh bag.

  • Do you offer decaffeinated coffee options?

    We currently offer a Half Caff roast where we blend together 50% of our Medium Blend with 50% of a decaf bean.

    Message us if you would like a custom 100% decaf roast.

    We currently ship along the east coast to NY, NJ, PA, MD, DE, DC, VA, NC for $5 and are looking to expand to neighboring states
